Manage Your Season Division Teams

  • Create a Team
    1. Under League Management menu go to Division Manageent
    2. Click on Division - Season/Team Control
    3. Select the Season Information from the top grid you would like to schedule
    4. Available Divisons will appear based on the Season Selection
    5. Select the Divison you wish to add a Team
    6. Click the "+" button next to the Division Name
    7. Click on ADD NEW TEAM button.
      • Fill in the team name
      • Click UPDATE to add the game to your schedule

  • Manage Team Managers - Add New Coach/Manager
    1. Under League Management menu go to Division Manageent
    2. Click on Division - Season/Team Control
    3. Select the Season Information from the top grid you would like to schedule
    4. Available Divisons will appear based on the Season Selection
    5. Select the Divison you wish to add a Team
    6. Click the "+" button next to the Division Name
      • Click on the Add New Coach button
      • Coaching Information for the Team will be presented
      • Search for an Existing Coach or Select from an Existing Parent if the person to be added is already registered with the site
        • If you use this method, select the name from the drop down list and click the respective button
      • Enter the new coaches information in the boxes available. Enter all pertinent information.
        • NOTE: If the new coach has already registered with the site but is not a previous coach or a parent of a player CHECK the "Link Selected User" box
        • If you have check the box above, make sure you select the User Name from the drop box so a new login IS NOT created and the current login is used for this new coach
      • If this is a new coach to the system, and you are not linking to a current login account, the system will create an account for the coach and email them their login information

  • Manage Team Managers - EDIT Coach/Manager
    1. Under League Management menu go to Division Manageent
    2. Click on Division - Season/Team Control
    3. Select the Season Information from the top grid you would like to schedule
    4. Available Divisons will appear based on the Season Selection
    5. Select the Divison you wish to add a Team
    6. Click the "+" button next to the Division Name
      • Click on the Edit button for the item you need to edit
      • Note: Remove as Team Admin will take away the ability to control various Coaches Management tasks and Make Team Admin wil give those permission to the coach
      • You can have more than one Team Admin
      • You will know they are a team admin based on the button available
